Led local EMEA launches for the OsmoTech Pro Osmometer, LabChip Microfluidic analyzer and Automated Liquid Handling NPIs. Created excitement and anticipation within the sales teams.
· Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Growth - Initiated targeted campaigns covering Cell Line Development, Bioprocessing, High Content, In Vivo and Tissue Imaging, Multi-mode plate readers, Scintillation counters, NGS automation and Microfluidics. Employed a range of tools including telemarketing, digital, conferences, webinars, user/application group meetings and social media. Worked across EMEA, USA and APAC.
· Sales Training – A partner in the “Inspirational Sales Training” company with exclusive use of Dennis Sobey’s “Probing Pyramid” model designed to create experts in understanding customer’s workflow and pain points via active listening and thorough qualification.
